Crashes

Every time I try and tap any of the icons the app crashes, my phone has plenty of storage space and is fine but this silly doesn’t work and I wish apple held everyone to a higher standard how much money is wasted each year on useless apps that don’t even work? and it’s not real simple to get your money back either so folks just throw money out the window and people make money off junk.
